Innovation day Reflection

on March 27, 2024

Hello it’s Abbykitty again and in this blog post I will be talking about my innovation day.

Our problem is:

How can we provide electricity to community outdoor spaces in an energy-efficient way that maintains the space’s safety and “fun” aesthetic?

Our Hypothesis:

Our hypothesis is to make a water park that reuses the water over and over again. The way it works is that there is a water wheel that scoops up the water and pushes it back down the slide. This way it only uses a smaller amount of water than places where the water is drained into other places and the water wheel is powered by a solar panel that is on the side.

Our Materials

Our Materials are:

Several toilets’ paper tubes

Duct tape

Hot glue gun

Hot glue sticks

Cardboard box

Cardboard

Bamboo skewers

Paper with a solar panel on it

Papers with The required info on our project

Trifold Posterboard

Led lights

Ribbon for decoration

Batteries(For Led Lights)

Markers and pens (For drawings)

Lego dolls(For the little people in the park)

Our procedure

So the procedure of the project was good in my opinion. Me and my Innovation Day partner didn’t fight or get into an Innovation Day project problem. The communication was good as we were discussing what we where doing so we wouldn’t get into a fiasco about puting things that the other partner din’t want to.

Conclusion

In conclusion, I think the projet went very well pretty much every thing went smoothly. I think what we could have done better was work on the park a bit more interesting and actually work, but otherwise I think we did very well.

Dear Abby Kitty, Your innovation day project sounds so good. Reusable energy is the best. What would say was your favourite part? For mine, my favourite part was making the trifold board. I wish my group ran as smoothly as yours! 🙂
